Refund policy

At KUMBERD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns


Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • It must be in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order confirmation email)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Returns requested after 30 days

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

To start a return, email us at support@kumberd.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted (if applicable) for:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts not due to our error

Late or Missing Refunds


If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@kumberd.com.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email support@kumberd.com.

Gifts


If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once your return is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or shipped to the giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping


You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
